As you look over our website, we hope that you’ll consider bringing the whole family to our dental office for a routine checkup. Below, you’ll find more information on how to prepare for your visit. This includes what to expect as a new patient, forms you’ll need to fill out to better serve you, financing options for your care and more! If you have questions or concerns about our dental office, we encourage you to call us directly.
During your first visit, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so you can properly fill out your new patient forms before meeting with Dr. Candon. If you choose to fill out your forms ahead of time, you’ll hand them in at our front desk, take a seat and a team member will be out momentarily to bring you to one of our operatories. There, a series of X-rays will be taken and soon you’ll meet with Dr. Candon in person. He’ll go over your forms, ask you about any oral health concerns you might be having, then perform a brief oral exam.
When you become a new patient at BridgeMill Dental Care, forms give us a chance to understand not just your oral health concerns, but your overall health concerns as well. Oral health is tied to overall health in many ways, and our new patient forms always keep both of these aspects in mind when you schedule your first appointment. By completing online before your visit, you also expedite your appointment.
BridgeMill Dental Care is proud to offer many dental insurance plans, so you can get the coverage you need and make your future treatments more affordable. With dental insurance, completing preventive dental care couldn’t be easier. Below, you’ll find a list of the insurance companies we are currently in-network with. We’re more than happy to help, so feel free to ask any questions you might have about your insurance.
Do you lack dental insurance? Just because you don’t have a dental plan doesn’t mean you should have to skip your routine dental visit! BridgeMill Dental Care is happy to offer an in-house dental savings plan to make your next checkup truly affordable. This plan is technically not a form of dental insurance, which means it does not come with co-pays, deductibles, or waiting periods. If you need your preventive care to be affordable (and want to save on other treatments), this option might be for you!

More often than not, people need additional help financing their dental care. Even if they have insurance, some plans don’t cover treatment all the way (or at all if the treatment is for cosmetic purposes.) Thankfully, third-party financing companies like CareCredit make it easy to manage monthly payments for dental care, in many cases with little to zero interest attached! Payments can even be made in 6, 12, 18 or 24-month timeframes, so you can choose a plan that works for you.
